Our Support Policy outlines how we assist you, the types of support we provide, and the guidelines that ensure a smooth and efficient help experience.

At TaraXCode Smart Tech Solutions, we are committed to delivering reliable and responsive technical support to ensure our clients receive uninterrupted service and a smooth experience with our Odoo and IT solutions.

Our support services include assistance with:

  • Odoo ERP setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Bug fixes and performance optimization
  • Functional and technical guidance for end-users
  • Updates and patches for deployed modules
  • General consultation and customization guidance

For urgent production-level issues, after-hours support can be arranged with prior agreement.

We aim to respond to all support requests within:

  • 4 working hours for critical system issues (system down, production blocked)
  • 1 business day for high-priority issues
  • 2 business days for general or minor issues

We categorize issues into three priority levels:

Support does not cover:

  • Third-party module issues not developed by TaraXCode Smart Tech Solutions
  • Custom code changes made without our consent
  • Server/infrastructure maintenance not managed by our team
  • User training (unless included in the service package)
  • Feature enhancements or new developments (considered separate projects)

Clients with active maintenance contracts will receive:

  • Regular software updates and security patches
  • System monitoring and performance reviews
  • Priority access to new features and improvements

To ensure effective support, clients are expected to:

  • Provide detailed issue descriptions and screenshots/logs if applicable
  • Maintain a stable and secure hosting/server environments
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications to deployed systems

While we strive to resolve all issues promptly, TaraXCode Smart Tech Solutions cannot be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by third-party dependencies or external factors beyond our control.
